Job Responsibilities:

• Identify & develop new business opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets and increase the client portfolio;
• Find out in a proactive way the client needs and propose solution based offers;
• Applies the sales strategic plans in order to achieve the company’s key objectives;
• Gets involved in negotiating & concluding agreements with clients and suppliers;
• Maintain and develop relationships with current clients, by knowing all relevant persons with the client, both decision makers and influencers in order to enhance possibility of follow-up and develop new business with each client;
• Gathers information on the market and transmits them to the marketing department and to the direct superior;
• Uses the allocated resources according to the objectives;
• Respect and Improve the company’s terms, procedures and regulations;
• Prepare weekly report about the achievements and sales results;

Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly responsible, target & customer oriented person;
• Communication abilities, flexibility, opened for suggestions, positive thinking;
• Initiative, proactive, desire for continuous self-improvement;
• Results-oriented, efficiency and good organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Mobility, Driving license;
