The Marketing & Digital Communications Manager is responsible for the implementation and coordination of a range of on-line & off-line communication strategies to create market awareness in the banking and insurance sector (via specialist media, analyst houses, conferences and digital tactics, stories), build industry credibility, drive lead generation (through compelling content – spread through inbound and outbound tactics) and demonstrate company value. This willbe achieved through a combination of corporate communications, press office,events, inbound and outbound e-marketing communication strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the overall development of the marketing strategy and plans
Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches: product launches, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, social media presence, company website, PR, internal communication, presentations, etc
Write compelling and relevant content
Develop campaigns and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team
Manage/maintain the company’s social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and on other relevant social media outlets/online communities to support and expand our digital presence
Plan and implement direct/email marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation
Improve on an ongoing basis the company’s website/blog
Ensure the brand meets expectations through monitoring marketing trends and partner/funder feedback
Liaise with marketing/PR agencies/other external suppliers
Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure program milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget
Represent the company at external meetings and conferences.
